[Reported by Zhang Bingjie] Recently, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) successfully held a roadshow event for science and technology innovation enterprises. Leveraging its "ICBC Science and Technology Innovation Finance - Equity Financial Services" brand, ICBC created a precise roadshow platform to help cultivate and expand strategic emerging industries and future industries.
This event provided a full-process service for enterprises and investors, encompassing "showcase, matchmaking, and implementation," and promoted nearly 20 science and technology innovation enterprises with certain profitability, attracting nearly 30 national-level funds, central and state-owned enterprise industrial investors, and leading market-oriented institutions. The participating companies focused on strategic emerging industries such as integrated circuits, new materials, and biomedicine, covering active science and technology innovation regions such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Greater Bay Area, and the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
Previously, ICBC had conducted several special roadshow events for local governments, industrial investors, and university technology incubators, aiming to meet the equity needs of enterprises with diversified funding and help venture capital institutions achieve high-quality development with professional advisory services, thus comprehensively and multi-dimensionally innovating and optimizing technology financial services.
In recent years, ICBC has fully leveraged its group advantages to serve strategic emerging industries and future industries with high-quality development through "value-based investment banking," empowering new productivity. Among its initiatives, ICBC pioneered a comprehensive, end-to-end service product for private equity funds, covering all stages from fund creation, fundraising, investment, management, and exit. Simultaneously, it has built a tiered private equity fund client management system around basic management, evaluation and classification, cooperation access, and credit rating, continuously optimizing its equity services. To date, ICBC has served over 10,000 private equity funds and management institutions, and over 30,000 invested companies.
