Bank of China launched its "BOC Science and Technology Innovation Integrated Customer Cultivation Program," and Ge Haijiao attended the event and delivered a speech.

On December 23, Bank of China launched the "BOC Science and Technology Innovation Integrated Customer Cultivation Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Integrated Cultivation Plan") in Beijing. The plan will provide integrated science and technology financial services to key core technology enterprises, allocating RMB 60 billion in special equity and loan funds for support. Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China, and Zhang Qingsong, Chairman of China Investment Corporation, attended the event and delivered speeches. Yang Jun, Vice President of Bank of China, introduced the "Implementation Plan of the Integrated Cultivation Plan." Representatives from the People's Bank of China, the State Financial Regulatory Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and other ministries and regulatory agencies, as well as representatives from the Nanjing Municipal Government, PICC Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited, CICC, China Resources Group, Moore Threads, and CAS Star, among other government, enterprise, and institutional representatives, participated in the event.

Ge Haijiao stated that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference put forward clear requirements and made important deployments around "accelerating high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and leading the development of new quality productive forces" and "adhering to innovation-driven development and accelerating the cultivation and expansion of new growth drivers." In recent years, Bank of China has taken assisting in the construction of a science and technology powerhouse as an important mission, continuously improving its science and technology financial product and service system, taking the lead in launching the "Action Plan to Support the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Chain," and constantly exploring financial service models that are more in line with the laws of scientific and technological innovation and the growth characteristics of science and technology enterprises. The release of the "Integrated Cultivation Plan" is another powerful practice of Bank of China in implementing the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and innovating science and technology financial services. It aims to provide full-lifecycle relay financial support for high-quality science and technology enterprises with growth potential through integrated, long-term, and ecological financial services, and better promote the virtuous cycle of "science and technology-industry-finance."

Ge Haijiao stated that, taking this launch event as a new starting point, Bank of China will focus on integrated services, deepening comprehensive financial services, and collaboratively providing diversified services such as bonds, leasing, and insurance to support the cultivation of high-quality technology-based enterprises with key core technologies; focusing on long-term investment, expanding the supply of patient capital, targeting key industries and fields, accurately matching the characteristics of enterprise R&D and成果转化 cycles, and guiding more patient capital towards key aspects of technological innovation; and focusing on ecological development, jointly fostering an open innovation environment, building a science and technology finance innovation ecosystem alliance, and more effectively promoting the efficient and close interaction of technological, industrial, and financial elements. Bank of China will work with all sectors to pool resources and complement each other's strengths to inject stronger financial momentum into achieving high-level technological self-reliance and building a strong science and technology nation.
