On December 5th, the first self-service real estate certificate issuance terminal under the jurisdiction of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Beijing Branch was put into use at the Xinjiekou Xisi Sub-branch. It is understood that the terminal integrates functions such as inquiry and certificate printing, allowing customers to conveniently access property records and quickly obtain real estate ownership certificates and real estate registration certificates.
