On January 4, Chen Huaiyu, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, and Chen Jianhua, Chairman of Hengli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengli Group), held talks in Beijing and jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement. Wang Kang, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, and Fan Hongwei, Vice Chairman of Hengli Group, also attended the talks.

Chairman Chen Huaiyu stated that the Export-Import Bank of China and Hengli Group are important partners, with close cooperation in areas such as foreign trade, advanced manufacturing, and overseas investment, yielding tangible results. The Export-Import Bank will thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, leveraging its professional advantages in supporting high-quality overseas expansion of the manufacturing industry. Through diversified financial services, it will assist Hengli Group in driving transformation and upgrading through technological innovation, expanding exports of high-tech products such as ships, and jointly contributing to the cultivation of new productive forces and the expansion of high-level opening-up.

Chairman Chen Jianhua expressed his gratitude to the Export-Import Bank of China for its long-term support of Hengli Group, and introduced the Group's various business segments, especially the shipbuilding sector, and its operating conditions and development plans. He stated that Hengli Group will actively respond to national policies, continuously promote industrial transformation and upgrading, focus on developing green high-end equipment manufacturing projects, and steadily expand its international cooperation. He hoped that both parties would take this strategic agreement signing as an opportunity to further broaden and deepen cooperation, and achieve a higher level of win-win development.

Representatives from relevant departments of the Export-Import Bank of China and Hengli Group participated in the meeting.
