Information you send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. An optional topic is added to the stored subject. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, bank statements, identity documents or trading instructions. Messages are saved in the site’s administrative inbox so they can be reviewed. The site does not currently set an automatic inbox purge, so an administrator must manage stored messages and handle deletion requests manually.
Technical information
The form uses a PHP session and a form token to protect submissions. It records a submission time and status and a site-specific hash derived from the sender’s IP address for abuse controls. The system also maintains limited rate-control and notification records. A hash is not a promise that information is anonymous.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators can review, change the status of and manually delete inbox entries. There is no automatic deletion schedule built into the form. Email notification is off by default; if the operator configures and enables it, submission information may also be sent to the configured recipient. The operator must maintain the mailbox and site securely.
Questions and choices
Contact [email protected] or use the contact page to ask about a submission or request its deletion. Include enough information to locate it without sending sensitive records. We will assess the request and any applicable obligations; this page does not promise a particular response time.
