Bank of China assisted North China Electronics in issuing technology innovation asset-backed commercial paper.

Recently, Bank of China, as the sole lead underwriter and bookrunner, assisted North China Electronics Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "North China Electronics") in issuing RMB 596 million of technology innovation asset-backed commercial paper in the interbank market. The paper has a term of 180 days and a coupon rate of 1.92%, providing strong financial support for North China Electronics to consolidate its leading position in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry.
