Recently, Taiping Property Insurance Zhejiang Branch, a subsidiary of China Pacific Insurance, in conjunction with Zhejiang Transfar Biotechnology Co., Ltd., successfully launched the nation's first insurance policy for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the "breeding, propagation and promotion" of vegetable, fruit and flower seedlings in Xiejing'an Transfar Agricultural Innovation Village. This policy provides an "insurance core" for the revitalization of the seed industry and helps agricultural science and technology innovation "take root and sprout".
Xie Jing'an·Chuanhua Agricultural Innovation Village is a rural revitalization demonstration project created by Chuanhua Group in Xiejia, Jingyou and Anshan villages in Puyang Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. It is a benchmark project for the deep integration of government, enterprise, village and farmer in the construction of Zhejiang Province's "Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone".
Taiping Property Insurance Zhejiang Branch accurately identified the innovative scenario needs of Xiejing'an·Chuanhua Agricultural Innovation Village as an integrated "breeding, propagation and promotion" platform for new technologies and varieties. It directly addressed the pain points of "high investment, high risk and long cycle" in agricultural technology projects, precisely covering the entire life cycle of vegetable, fruit and flower seedlings from laboratory cultivation and large-scale propagation to market promotion. It effectively mitigated the risk of R&D investment losses caused by uncertain technology transformation routes and R&D interruptions, providing stable expectations and a safety barrier for continuous innovation in the agricultural field.
