It stressed the importance of actively exploring and following the laws governing Party school education and cadre development, demonstrating new achievements in "cultivating talent for the Party and offering advice to the Party." The meeting also emphasized the need to adhere to strict school management and quality-oriented education, focusing on strengthening the foundation for running the school and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of management and services.
