Recently, the Agricultural Development Bank of China's (ADBC) "Wind Eye" anti-money laundering management system was fully put into operation. This is another important practice of the ADBC in implementing new regulatory requirements, adapting to the new risk situation, and strengthening the risk defense line through technological innovation.
The new anti-money laundering system achieves the goals of "comprehensiveness, transformation, and digital intelligence," making anti-money laundering management more proactive in early warning, providing stronger professional support, and reducing the burden on grassroots staff. First, the system's functions are "comprehensive." Anti-money laundering management requirements are fully embedded into business processes, achieving closed-loop management across the entire chain: "data acquisition—risk warning—screening and analysis—clue reporting—implementation and control." Second, the management model is "transformed." Internal and external data are integrated to provide proactive warnings of potential risks; a three-in-one module group for risk assessment, due diligence, and control measures is built, encompassing customers, business operations, and institutions, automatically implementing differentiated risk response strategies. Third, the operational methods are "digitalized and intelligent." Data traceability functions have been developed to quickly locate the source of problems; seamless integration with internal business systems and the introduction of authoritative external data from relevant departments enable automatic batch comparison of important information; and the application of artificial intelligence in anti-money laundering scenarios is implemented, providing visual evidence and assisting in accurate judgment through chart-based analysis to highlight abnormal risk points.
