On December 6, the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) successfully launched its Smart Cloud Counter. Adhering to the concept of "industry-technology integration + intelligent operation," the Smart Cloud Counter is a new generation of bank counter operation and service ecosystem independently developed based on the ADBC's basic technology platform and utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as distributed architecture, cloud computing, and AI big data models. Its official launch will inject new digital momentum into policy-based financial services for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
The Agricultural Development Bank of China's (ADBC) Digital Cloud Cabinet aims to achieve "digitalized counter operations, intelligent business processing, and cloud-connected customer service." It constructs a seamless and collaborative system that integrates online, offline, and mobile channels, consolidating counter operation information to achieve end-to-end digital governance and reduce redundant manual processes. It includes functions such as on-site operation, remote authorization, and voice interaction, embedding AI tools like intelligent Q&A and digital humans.
