Brookfield plans to use the funds, along with additional co-investments and debt assumption, to invest in AI infrastructure projects that need to be built from scratch on undeveloped land, with the aim of building and acquiring AI infrastructure worth up to $100 billion.

Ignoring the bubble theory

Despite growing warnings of an AI bubble, soaring valuations, and aggressive investment plans, many investors remain keenly interested in AI companies, including Brookfield . Field Company.
