"Currently, the social security payment service in Shaanxi Province sends payment reminders to payers and accurately displays various prompts to help people who encounter problems during the payment process quickly and accurately understand the issues and resolve them themselves, actively supporting the work of grassroots tax, medical insurance, and community staff," a staff member from the Xi'an branch of China Everbright Bank told reporters.
It is understood that China Everbright Bank now provides social security payment services to flexible workers and urban and rural residents throughout Shaanxi Province, and people can make payments through WeChat and Alipay platforms. By extending financial services to the "last mile," the bank's social security collection service covered 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country by 2025, serving more than 270 million users.
